Since 2018 we have implemented a fully-functional digital salesroom as part of our auction experience, incorporating the use of a website and mobile app. This came to great use during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic and put the infrastructure to the test.
Our customer experience is important to us, and we have upgraded our systems and platforms to accommodate the demands of the luxury goods auction industry.
Our current app has been discontinued, but we have been hard at work developing a new and more user-friendly digital experience.
