This elegant and multi-awarded Cape Blend overflows with the aromatic fruit sweetness of plums, sour cherries and black pepper, a result of 39% Pinotage, 24% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Shiraz and 13% Petite Sirah. A delicate balance between structure, concentration and finesse was honoured, utilising a combination of whole-berry fermentation and gentle pump-overs to capture all the flavour.
