With various steel-engraved plates and fold-out maps. Condition: Good. Some rubbing and superficial chipping to the boards. Light scuff marks to the spine. Previous owner's bookplate fixed to front pastedown, and signature to title page. Some foxing throughout, but more pronounced to the first and last few pages. Stains to edges of first few pages and first plate. Offsetting to pp. 202-203 due to old newspaper article loosely inserted. Light creasing to top edges of a few pages, and small stains to edges of last few pages. A well bound copy.
