ABOUT ARTIST
The work of a South African artist Tavani Ernest Mabulele dives deep in African and Western culture. Aiming to unite what has been the biggest threat to humanity, which is race. Having both cultures work together to create something beautiful and enlightening. A fusion and bond that will be stronger than anything one could imagine. Demonstrating energies each movement shall make once they reach a level of unity. An energy that has never been felt before. He uses bright acrylic painting mixed with charcoal to give his paintings a strong dark and colorful physical presence, with figures that tells million stories and evoke a lot of emotions to the audience. He currently works at August House Studios in Johannesburg.
